What are friends for, right?
We see throughout Monsters Inc. that Sulley has leadership qualities and that comes out clearly at the end of the movie when he becomes the new CEO of Monsters Inc. for helping to oust Henry J. Waternoose for his evil schemes.
He's also discovers with Boo that children's laughter is far more powerful than their screams, so when he becomes CEO of Monsters Inc., he reinvents the entire company to promote laughter, not fear. Monsters now put on a comedy routine instead, and power for Monstropolis is plentiful thanks to James P. Sullivan.
Add one of these AWESOME Sulley toys to your Monsters Inc. Characters collection. He's really cool, don't you think?

A hilarious looking green monster, Mike Wazowski is round and green with one huge eyeball, a big mouth, short horns and spindley arms and legs.
Mike is Sulley's best friend, working partner and roommate. He's obsessed with his car and his girlfriend Celia.
Mike becomes angry when Sulley sneaks the human girl into the restaurant where he takes Celia on a romantic date for her birthday. Chaos breaks loose when the little girl is seen by the other restaurant patrons, thus ruining Mike's date. The CDA immediately swoops in, searching for the girl, but Sulley and Mike smuggles her out and back to their place in the nick of time.
Lacking the gentleness that Sulley has, all Mike wants to do is to return the girl to the human world, using any door available. Sulley insists they find her door and return her to her own room. Mike looses his temper and various funny things happen to him, like a shelf full of books end up sliding into his huge open mouth as he's stuck in a waste basket. This makes the little girl laugh and causes a power surge in the building.
Mike ends up helping Sulley get the little girl, now named Boo, back home and helps protect her from Randall Boggs, who wants her for his scream extractor. He also puts together Boo's closet door again for Sulley, after it was shredded when Boo was returned home. He's a bit callous many times, but he's a good hearted monster.
Mike Wazowski is a very popular Monsters Inc. toy. Aren't these adorable? Did you know Mike, Sulley and Boo come in the most irresistable plush toys? Come over and take a little peek to see more...

The little human girl who looks to be about two years old or so, (because she can't really talk yet) Boo sneaks into the Monster world when her closet door was left on the scare floor with the teleportation activated, which is against Monsters Inc. policy. She is clearly one of the Monsters Inc. characters favorites for most of us fans.
The entire chain of events that happen between Sulley and Mike are all in an effort to return Boo home safely and to protect her from Randall Boggs and his scream extractor. Sulley becomes very protective of Boo, becoming a fatherly figure. In an attempt to get her back to her home, Mike and Sulley disguise Boo in a monster costume as they sneak her back into the Monsters Inc. scream factory.
Like any small child at that age, Boo wanders off and gets into sticky situations. She also unknowingly shows Sulley that a child's laughter has far more power than screams of fear.
Boo is a very popular and beloved Monsters Inc. character and Boo toys are just as adorable. Buy one of these cute Boo products below or check out more of these Monsters Inc. Boo dolls.

Randall Boggs is a Monsters Inc. character who is kind of a cross between a salamander and a lizard and he can blend in with any background as camouflage and become invisible.
Randall Boggs has always been the #2 scarer and he is jealous of Sulley's success as Top Scarer. He wants the adoration of the others in the company and will do anything to get the top ranking.
He resorts to kidnapping children to use with his scream extractor, a plot he schemes with Henry J. Waternoose, the CEO of Monsters Inc. Randall doesn't bet on Mike and Sulley rescuing Boo, though.
Randall's plan backfires when a chase through the vast door vault throws him into a mobile home in the swamp where the family beat him with a shovel. The door to that home is destroyed right away, thus banishing Randall from the monster world.

The other main villain in the Pixar movie is Henry J. Waternoose, the CEO of Monsters Inc., a title that was handed down to him through three generations. Waternoose is a five eyed fat monster with crab-like legs; he's the business "fat cat" of the monster world.
Waternoose likes Sulley a great deal, since Sulley is the Top Scarer and brings in so much energy for the Monsters Inc. power plant. He likes Sulley to set the example of how proper scaring is done and asks Sulley to demonstrate during the training demonstration.
We later learn that this Monsters Inc character is behind the plot to kidnap children and extract their screams when Sulley and Mike come to him with their discovery of Randall Boggs' scream extractor. Waternoose is the one who banishes the two to the Himalayas so that his plan is not thwarted.
When Sulley and Mike are able to return and rescue Boo from the scream extractor and get rid of Randall Boggs, Mike cleverly sets up a scenario where Waternoose exposes his scheme and it ends up that they're on the training floor, where it was all recorded.
With this evidence in possession of the CDA, Waternoose is taken away shouting that Sulley has ruined the company and that the energy crisis will grow worse. But he is mistaken when Sulley turns the company around by producing energy through children's laughter instead.
Want this creepy bad guy as part of your Monsters Inc. characters toy collection? You won't be disappointed...
