We've all likely seen death, or tragedy. Up shows why it's bad to be stuck in the past. You can love your loved ones, but don't get stuck in the same old thing.

Ellie would've been sad for Carl who loved adventure to get stuck in a rut. I learned through Carl not to marinate in grief.
