Wall-E is the Star of This Movie, and Rightfully So

Wall-E's personality is endearing and charismatic, which makes his character so enjoyable to watch throughout the entire film. While only a robot who doesn't speak many English words rather than his own name, "Waaall-E," and best friend "Eve" ("Eeee-vaah"), he is as human as they come.

His emotions tug at your own heart strings, as he waits for a companion in his desolate human world, picking up trash in an irreparable Earth. His excitement and curiosity once Eve arrives hilarious to watch.

My favorite part of WALL-E is the musical montage when he meets Eve and watches over her once she "shuts off". His sweet side really shows and makes me smile every time I watch it.

Regardless of her lack of response, he sticks by her side, keeping her safe from any harm. When Eve loads the hologram while meeting with the Captain, the replay of Wall-E's help during that time is too sweet to handle.

I think this movie sends a wonderful message to the youth (and adults too!) that watch this film - that you have to be there for a friend and help when they are in need.

Although the main message of the movie is about conserving your Earth and not becoming a lazy, careless individual in a commercialized world where bigger is better, I think this underlying message also shines through. Wall-E is a great movie, for the young, old, and everyone in between.
